Snow in Alabama

Making some SNOW cream

We waited a LONG time to get enough snow

I know it is snowing a LOT in different parts of the country, as a matter of fact on Friday there was snow on the ground in 49 states. How cool is that! Evidently it was a freak thing that there was NOT snow on top some volcanoes in Hawaii. Who knew, NO snow in Hawaii is a freak thing?!?!?

We got about 3 inches here even though none of it stuck to the roads. It was enough for us to make some snow cream though. My children of course had no desire to go outside and play in the snow. Ellasyn just looked at me and said "I don't like it, no go out in the snow today, OK." All of this was said with her little nose turned up and the animation in her face that is oh, so dramatic! So we didn't go outside and instead had a fun stay in our pj's day!
