Betsey has become quite a little cook over the last couple of weeks. On Saturdays, she and Gigi will get up and make chocolate chip muffins (yummy) for all of us. She also helped me make the desserts for Thanksgiving. She cracked all of the eggs for our Key Lime Pie and for our Chocolate Cherry Jubilee cake. I must say she did a better job than I probably would have done! She didn't get a single piece of shell in any of them.
